Courtyard Event Rentals is a premier party rental company specializing in creating unforgettable experiences for clients in the Inland Empire, Orange & Los Angeles Counties. We provide a comprehensive range of specialty rentals and services for weddings, birthdays, and various gatherings. Our mission is to deliver exceptional quality, reliability, and creativity to every event we touch.

Whether you are looking for a one of a kind piece or multiples for your next event, you will find everything you need in our inventory. For more than a decade, founder Ashley Jones has been bringing her expertise and style to events. She has been highly praised for her design and styling abilities. Every piece has a story, let us create one for you.


The Rental Process

Find the items you’re interested in, either on the website or through our social media accounts.
Send us your Wishlist, we’ll respond back via email with a proposal.  Please also free to email sales@courtyardeventrentals.com with inquiries.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your items, the remainder is due one week before your event.

Minimums

We have a product minimum of $500 for delivery in Riverside or San Bernardino County, $750 for delivery within Orange County, $750 for delivery within LA County.

Delivery

We deliver to Southern California but have been known to go elsewhere. Give us a call or email with some details and we can give you a price. 
Costs will vary depending on where your event is being held and how much you rent.

FAQs

What happens if an item gets damaged?


We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If an item is broken, a replacement cost will be charged, typically three times the rental price, although this amount may vary depending on the specific item. In the case of stains or tears, our 10% non-refundable Damage Waiver fee, added to your order, will provide coverage for those incidents. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible while protecting both our valued clients and our high-quality inventory.

What if you do not have an item I am interested in?

Finding new treasures and salvaging that perfect piece for you is what we love. Our passion lies in curating unique and sophisticated items that elevate your event experience. While some exquisite pieces may not yet be available on our site, we invite you to share your vision with us. Whether you're searching for a vintage table, elegant decor, or a statement centerpiece, we will strive to source or create something that meets your needs. Can I pick up my Order Request?

We do offer self pickup, minimum amounts still are required. Please come prepared with straps and furniture blankets.
